Easy Tai Chi with Judy In-Person

Tai-Chi will stretch your muscles without putting stress on your knees, feet, thighs or back.  Chi Cong refers to a type of Chinese exercise that focuses on breathing.  

Instructor may be teaching on Zoom or will be in-person in the Community Room.

  • This is a hybrid program - some participants will be in person in the library - others will attend via Zoom.
  • In-person is limited to only Island Park patrons with a limited class size.
  • Island Park residents: online and in person registration starting July 1 at 10:00 AM.
  • Non-residents: May attend via Zoom only, see separate VIRTUAL class registration below.
